Who can apply to this scholarship? The Scholarship Program encourages the pursuit of a PhD degree for people with disabilities. May apply for grants people documented proof of a degree of disability equal to or greater than 33% by certificate issued by the competent authority attesting to the status of doctoral candidate for being admitted and registered in a doctoral program officer of a Spanish university accordance with the requirements of Royal Decree 99/2011, of 28 January, by which the official doctoral (BOE no. 35 of February 10, 2011) are regulated.
Benefits of the scholarship: Universia Foundation awarded three grants, with a maximum duration of 3 years and amounting to 5000 per year.

Duration: The maximum duration for this scholarship is 3 years. The first year the scholarship awarded to the signing of the document of acceptance thereof by the beneficiary or the beneficiary is paid. To qualify for renewal must submit a report justifying the end of each annuity with the report of the activities and the fulfillment of the objectives set for this period. This memory must be reviewed and signed by the tutor and supervisor.
Number of scholarships: Universia Foundation will be awarded three grants.
