Who can apply to this scholarship?
· Applicant must have a PhD in a discipline relevant for the thematic position you apply for. UI is primarily looking for younger scholars at the postdoc level.
· The most important merits are your scientific achievements, as shown particularly through your PhD thesis, and your internationally peer
· reviewed publications. Your expertise and publications should be clearly relevant for the thematic position you apply for. You will be fluent in English with good communication skills, demonstrated by the ability to collaborate with other researchers, both nationally and internationally. Knowledge of the Swedish language is an advantage, but not a requirement. Of advantage is also experience of policy
· oriented analysis, popular science communication, and multi¬disciplinary research environments.
Benefits of the scholarship: All researchers in the Special Research Program have the same salary (in 2015 SEK 36,080 at full time), and is decided by the board of the Program, whose members are appointed by the Swedish Government. Office space including a desktop computer is provided.
