-Junior and senior fellow researchers from all nationalities Junior researcher must, at the time of the relevant deadline for submission of the application, depending on the action, – either be in possession of a doctoral degree, irrespective of the time taken to acquire it, – or have at least four years of full-time equivalent research experience. This is measured from the date when the researcher obtained the degree which would formally entitle her/him to embark on a doctorate, either in the country in which the degree was obtained or in the country in which the research training is provided, irrespective of whether or not a doctorate is envisaged. -Fellow is the eligible experienced researcher who has been awarded the R BUCE WEST fellowship in the host organisation. – No language requirements There is no specific language requirements. However, fluency in English, and a basic knowledge of French will be appreciated. – Researchers currently holding a Marie Curie grant cannot apply A researcher who currently holds a Marie Curie fellowship grant, cannot apply as long as she/he still holds the Marie Curie fellowship. -A researcher who has been awarded a Marie Curie grant in the past, but whose fellowship is over, may apply for a R BUCE WEST fellowship.
