President’s Achievement Scholarship at USA, 2012

The President’s Achievement Scholarship is a selective scholarship available to freshmen students traditional undergraduate program who possess high academic achievement, financial need and a commitment to diversity. Students are instructed to submit this application to the Concordia University Admission Office. In addition to submitting a completed scholarship application, qualified students will be invited on campus for an interview with the Executive Vice President/Dean of Diversity, Dr. Cheryl Chatman The President Achievement Scholarship is awarded in the amount of $2,000-$6,000 per academic year. This scholarship is awarded over two semesters of the school year and will be reviewed by the scholarship committee at the end of each year that it is awarded

The student must be enrolled full-time and maintain satisfactory academic progress during each semester of attendance at Concordia The student is expected to fulfill 25 hours of service activities at Concordia University and in the community each school year. Accountability for these hours will be coordinated between the Executive Vice President/Dean of Diversity, Dr. Cheryl Chatman, and the Financial Aid Office. The scholarship is limited primarily to traditional undergraduate new freshmen and is renewable for three additional years
