A postdoctural research position (Postdoc) in Milk Protein Biochemistry is available at the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics, Aarhus University, Denmark. The position is for a two year period starting as soon as possible. The postdoc will be part of the scientific staff at the Protein Chemistry Laboratory and be a central person in a newly started project on the biochemical/biophysical aspects of bovine milk caseins. The working atmosphere in the lab makes it easy to blend in and the successful candidate will have great opportunity to influence how the themes of the project are investigated.
It is expected that the successful applicant has experience within the basic techniques of protein chemistry and analysis, biophysics and chromatography. Candidates with knowledge within the food chemistry field are particularly welcome to apply. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate with a relevant PhD degree.
