The research is situated in the domain Human-Computer Interaction. More specific, the applicant will be focusing on Interaction Modelling. This implies investigating and realizing notations, models and tools to design, prototype and ultimately build highly-interactive systems. Examples are the partly automatic realization of the interactive features of virtual environments, interaction with large (multitouch) displays and interaction with distributed ubicomp setups.
Master degree in computer science, civil engineer degree in computer science or equivalent. Students that will obtain one of the abovementioned degrees before September 30th, are strongly encouraged to apply.
