The project will apply econometric methods to estimate the effects of local sea level on a range of economic indicators such as income, investment, migration and taxation. The regional focus and historical period will depend on data availability and the candidate’s interest but could include the recent past of the USA, the deep past of the UK, or contemporary Bangkok..
