Momeni Foundation Scholarship for Iranian-American Applicants

The Momeni Foundation was established in 2001 as a result of the efforts of its President, Moji Momeni. The philanthropic motivation of the Foundation can, according to Moji, be embodied in the following excerpt of Persian verse: “Digaraan kaashtand o maa khordeem; Maa bekaareem o digaraan bokhorand (As others planted for us to harvest; so shall we plant for others to harvest)”

-Applicant must be of Iranian descent. -Provide supportive document or provide a narrative. -Applicant must be graduating from high school and planning to be enrolled as a full time student in an accredited college. -Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 is required. Please submit an official copy of your latest transcript. Financial Assistance Scholarship:The Financial Assistance Scholarship is available to all graduating high school students and current college students of Iranian descent regardless of citizenship or country of residency. All students at undergraduate, graduate or PhD levels may apply. Scholastic Achievement Scholarship:At this time, the Scholastic Achievement Scholarship is available to students that are graduating from high school and are citizens or permanent residents of United States.

Scholarship Deadline: June 30 each year
