The research areas of this scholarship are: Studentships are provided in the fields of Accounting & Accountability, Complexity Science & Complex Project Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, Economics, Empirical Finance & Banking, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Marketing & Business Strategy, Organizational Behaviour & Human Resource Management, Regional & International Business, Systems Thinking & Sustainability Engineering (with Melbourne University, Australia) and Systems Thinking, Systems Science, Cybernetics & Information Systems.
Who can apply to this scholarship? Applicants to the Business school will be expected to have a Masters degree in an appropriate discipline, but very exceptional candidates can be considered with a minimum of a UK upper second class Bachelors Honours degree or equivalent.
Benefits of the scholarship: Each full-time UK/EU PhD Scholarship will include fees at the ‘home/EU’ student rate and maintenance (£13,726 in 2014/15), subject to final confirmation) for three years, depending on satisfactory progress.
