Marywood University calls application for graduate scholarship for master’s degree, educational specialist degree and post-baccalaureate certification. Scholarships are available to both full-time and part-time students who meet specified credit levels of matriculation. Awards will be made on the basis of three factors: academic promise normally represented by a minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.00 or a graduate GPA of 3.50; professional focus and commitment; and financial need. The research areas of this scholarship are: Scholarship is available for the following programs: Art Department Except Sequential Art Program or Masters with a Masters Program, Business and Managerial Science Programs (campus based programs), Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies (CAGS), Communication Arts Department, Counseling Degree Programs started before Spring 2014, Criminal Justice Programs, Health and Physical Education Department, Music Department, Nutrition Department (Campus-Based Programs Only), Psychology Programs and Public Administration Programs.
Who can apply to this scholarship?  Scholarships are available to both full

· time students who meet specified credit levels of matriculation.
Benefits of the scholarship:  If you declare full program participation on the scholarship application, enrollment in nine or more credits in the Fall 2015 and Spring 2016 semesters or what your graduate department defines as full enrollment in structured programs, and are awarded a full program participation scholarship and enroll for less than full-time registration in either of these semesters your scholarship award will be reduced. If you declare partial program participation on your scholarship application, The Committee on Graduate Scholarships expects partial program participation students who are scholarship recipients to enroll in and maintain at least six credits in the fall semester and at least six credits in the spring semester. Partial program participation scholarship recipients who fail to meet this requirement in a semester will have their scholarships rescinded for that semester.
