Alison Morton Scholarship in Ecology / Marine Biology in New Zealand, 2014/15

Victoria University of Wellington awards annually Alison Morton Scholarship. Scholarship is available for full-time student enrolled in BSc (Hons) or MSc in Ecology or Marine Biology. The student must have completed undergraduate study at Victoria University. The scholarship shall be tenable for one year. The application deadlines are 1st October 2014 and 1st October 2015.. The family of Alison Morton, a Victoria University graduate who completed a BSc (Hons) in Ecology, has established this scholarship in her memory. The Scholarship incorporates a contribution from the estate of Alison’s grandparents, Grace and Reg Riddick..  This scholarship is available for pursuing graduate degree level at Victoria University of Wellington.

Who can apply to this scholarship? The Scholarship shall be awarded annually to a full
· time student enrolled in BSc (Hons) or MSc in Ecology or Marine Biology. The student must have completed undergraduate study at Victoria University. The Scholarship shall be tenable for one year. Students who have held the award for their Honours/Masters Part I year may apply again for the award in their Masters Part II year. In making the award the panel may take into account not only the academic merits of the candidates but also their financial needs.
