2015 University of Sussex PhD Scholarships in Department of Engineering and Design, 2015

The School of Engineering and Informatics of University of Sussex is awarding up to nine PhD scholarships in the Department of Engineering and Design. Scholarships are for either topic-specific projects or for research projects proposed by applicants. Projects proposed by applicants must fit within the areas of research in the School. Scholarships will normally include a three year stipend at standard postgraduate rates (currently £13,863 per annum) and fees as follows: (a) for Home/EU applicants, full fees; (b) overseas applicants, a contribution of up to £12,000 towards overseas fees, depending on qualifications. The application deadline is 23 February 2015.. The School of Engineering and Informatics invites applications for up to nine Doctoral Scholarships: four in the Department of Engineering and Design and five in the Department of Informatics. The scholarships are for either topic-specific projects or for research projects proposed by applicants. Projects proposed by applicants must fit within the areas of research in the School; applicants with interests that span both Departments are particularly welcome..  Scholarships are available for pursuing PhD research program at University of Sussex.

Who can apply to this scholarship? Applicants should have at least a good 2:1 bachelors degree (or equivalent) relevant to their area of study.
