The research areas of this scholarship are: Scholarship is awarded in Theoretical Chemistry within the Department of Chemistry.
Who can apply to this scholarship? A background in theoretical chemistry, nanoscience, or physics is expected. A candidate experienced with one or more of the following topics will be given priority: Many
· particle physics, Non
· equilibrium Green”s functions, Open quantum systems, Quantum transport theory, Electronic structure theory, Scripting and programming.
· Fluency in English, spoken and written, is expected. The candidate must be a team player, willing and able to engage in a cross
· disciplinary, collaborative project.
Benefits of the scholarship: Salary, pension and terms of employment are in accordance with the agreement between the Ministry of Finance and The Academics Central organization. The salary depends on seniority, as agreed between the Ministry of Finance and the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations. Currently, starting salaries are about 25,440.90 DKK per month for Ph.D. students – plus pension.
